Description:
The NCV1117ST33T3G is a step-down voltage regulator which can deliver up to 1.5A of continuous output current. It is designed to operate from an input voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V and provides a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. The low quiescent current of the NCV1117ST33T3G makes it ideal for battery powered applications. It also provides excellent line and load regulation. The device is available in a small SOT-23-5 package.
