The TLP160J(TPL,U,C,F) Power Isolator IC is designed for use in a wide range of high power applications. The IC features an integrated high voltage MOSFET that is capable of handling up to 10A continuous current. It also features an integrated high-voltage transformer that is capable of providing up to 1kV isolation between the input and output of the device. The IC also features a wide input voltage range and low on-resistance to ensure reliable performance. Additionally, the device is RoHS compliant and is available in a variety of packages.
