The TLP701(TP,F) is a single channel photocoupler that provides electrical isolation between two circuits while allowing them to communicate. It contains a GaAlAs light emitting diode and an integrated photodetector that operates at a high speed. It is offered in a TSSOP-14 package and is ideal for applications such as signal transmission, power control, and protection.
