Description: The MOC3021SR2M is a 6-pin 600V AC/DC zero-crossing optically coupled isolator integrated circuit. This IC offers high isolation voltage of 5,000V RMS and a CTR of 200% at IFT = 5 mA. It is specially designed for power line applications such as motor control and switching power supplies. It features an LED driver with an output voltage of 6V and a current capacity of 10mA.
