The PS8101-F3-AX is a Power Isolator IC designed to provide electrical isolation between two circuits. The device is constructed from a combination of low-voltage CMOS and bipolar technology and features a wide operating voltage range from 4.5V to 18V. The PS8101-F3-AX also offers a high common-mode transient immunity of up to 40kV/μs.
