The ADUM1201ARZ-RL7 is an iCoupler® technology-based digital isolator IC with two channels of power control and isolation. This device has an integrated high-speed switch, capable of withstanding up to 2.5 kVrms of isolation voltage, and providing up to 500 mA of current per channel. It also features a simple, generic control interface and an integrated power supply regulator, allowing it to support a wide range of applications.
