The SI8620ED-B-ISR Isolator IC is a single-channel digital isolator specifically designed to provide galvanic isolation between two circuits. It uses a digital switch technology to provide a low-power, high-isolation solution with a high data rate and low latency. The IC is designed to meet the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-5 (surge) standards.
