SI8440BB-D-IS1R is a power isolator IC designed for a wide range of applications. It offers a fast, bi-directional, high-voltage isolation barrier between two circuits. It has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, and offers a high isolation voltage of 5.8 kV RMS. It is designed with a low insertion loss and high insertion loss ratio, and is UL approved.
