This EPM3128ATC100-10N is an Altera MAX 3000A Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) with 100K gates. It has 3,936 logic elements, 32Kbits of RAM, 1 Multiplier/Accumulator block, and 32 user I/O pins. It also features a maximum operating frequency of 100MHz and a maximum I/O pin count of 8.

The FPGA features an integrated power-on reset (POR) circuit and a programmable power-down mode that can be used to reduce power consumption during idle periods. The device also includes an on-chip oscillator and a variety of configurable I/O standards, including LVTTL, LVCMOS, and LVDS.
